Day 2/3/4

Hey guys!

I hope everyone is having as much fun as Alex & I are. Our main goal for this week was to get to know everyone, and create a relationship with everyone and I think we are all definatly doing a good job at doing it!

Thank you to everyone who faced their fears at Camp Louemma yesterday! It was exciting to watch people really put their trust in their team members, some of whom they just met! I give A LOT of credit to those of you who got up to do the trust fall (weither they did it or not), you started facing a huge fear & maybe next year you'll be able to kick it in its arse!

We've been having a REALLY great time with everyone and we hope everyone is enjoying their time with us and the rest of the OL's.

Please remember, we LOVE feedback! Keep letting us know what you like and what you don't about this week and maybe how we can edit the program.

Hey Guys!
I thought today was great (even though I almost had a heart attack haha) It was so great how everyone got up there, even if we were afraid. The group was so supportive of everyone and cheered everyone on
I think we all worked together great ! We have gotten so much closer and its only been three days. Looking forward to the next two days :)

oh and today we all were put outside of our comfort zone, and i just wanna say congrats and you should feel so freakinn good about it because in life, we're all going to have to face things random crazy things that will come out of nowhere, and it takes so much to get through it and blah so yeah, im so proud of you all!

Looking back on yesterday...looking forward to today

hey everyone! i just wanted to say that i had a great day 1 with you all and hope the rest of the week is just as successful. The speaker yesterday really stirred some emotion in all of us, bringing us closer together and more like family and not just Volunteers. Hope to see you all dis mornin...

Monday's Reflections

Hey everyone,

The activity we had was very intriguing because we really had to come out of our comfort zones to understand what other people would be feeling. I think we are better prepared to not only assist each other and new students, but other people we will encounter in the future. I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did!

Start of Day 2

Morning babies = )

Before we start Day 2, I want to remind every one of student life's and our own expectations. Please keep these in mind throughout the week!

- Be respectful - participate!

- use good listening skills - be on time!

- be open minded and positive - be creative

- use open communications - get to know everyone

- learn good leadership skills - HAVE FUN!

- take a lot of pics = ) - learn how to be a good role model

- break out of your shell - become a TEAM

- build confidence - contribute to the blog!

- learn more about LIM College - leave your dorm door open

- support eachother - be appropriately dressed (always!)

& to add one more thing, as Mr. Agnelli said yesterday, say HELLO. You never know whose day you can change!
